At The Kingdom Nanny Co., we believe nannying is more than a job. It is a profession that requires compassion, integrity, patience, excellence, and purpose.
We partner with professional nannies who are passionate about providing exceptional care and who understand the responsibility that comes with becoming a trusted part of a family's life.
If you are dependable, compassionate, experienced, and committed to excellence, we would love to learn more about you.
Your calling. Your career. Your purpose.
Connect with families seeking professional childcare support for a variety of schedules and needs, including full-time, part-time, temporary, overnight, travel, and event childcare opportunities.
We take the time to learn about your experience, strengths, availability, and preferences so we can identify opportunities that may be a strong fit for you.
We strive to represent our nannies with professionalism and respect throughout the placement process while helping you present your skills and experience to prospective families.
Nannying is a profession. We encourage our nannies to continue developing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
From your application and interview process to connecting with prospective families, we aim to provide guidance and communication along the way.
Complete our nanny application and provide information about your experience, qualifications, availability, and childcare background.
Our team reviews your application and qualifications to determine whether you may be a fit for our nanny network and current opportunities.
Qualified applicants may be invited to participate in an interview to learn more about your experience, personality, childcare philosophy, and professional goals.
As applicable to the placement, our process may include reference checks, background screening, credential verification, and other appropriate screening steps.
When an opportunity aligns with your qualifications, experience, availability, and preferences, we may introduce you to a prospective family.
You will have the opportunity to meet with the family, discuss expectations, learn more about the position, and determine whether the opportunity is mutually aligned.
If both you and the family agree that the match is a good fit, we help guide you through the next steps toward beginning your new position.
The right family can provide more than a job. It can provide an opportunity to use your gifts, grow professionally, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact in the life of a child.
At The Kingdom Nanny, we are committed to helping connect exceptional nannies with families who value you.
If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are committed to providing exceptional care, we'd love to hear from you.
